DEMAND THE UNITED NATIONS INVESTIGATE FAMILY COURTS IN THE UNITED STATES !

Widespread abuses of litigants, especially men and unrepresented parties (pro se ) occur in the Family Courts throughout the United States where decisions about divorce, custody and visitation are made every day. These decisions more often than not destroy the lives of one party, usually fathers, and the children due to inherent biases, dysfunction and occasionally even outright corruption. This includes documented cases of bribery of judges was exposed in Brooklyn, New York and Chicago, Illinois, not long ago, and harassment of whistle blowers who speak out against what is happening.

Children grow up never getting to know their fathers because many courts take pains to keep men out of their children’s lives, limiting fathers to “checkbook parenting.” Men are even sent to prison for not being able to earn enough money to support the lifestyle of their ex wife,( and her new boyfriends or girlfriend) and, effectively, their drug and alcohol habits. Indeed, female substance abusers engaged in prostitution are deemed to be better custodial parents than a normal father in Massachusetts.

The phenomenon known as “parental alienation syndrome” where virtual brainwashing of children occurs, is tolerated by the court, where women are allowed to train their children to hate their father is now used as a tool to justify denial of visitation...where fathers are told that their children do not want to see them, and the children grow up psychologically damaged without a proper male role model.

In Massachusetts, men are often forced to pay for visitation in highly restrictive and cruel “visitation centers” where guards stand over visits, men are browbeaten and harassed for imaginary offenses such as bringing “inappropriate” toys for children to play with. Indeed, the treatment of men in the divorce systems seems to copy aspects of North Korean brainwashing, where men accused of domestic violence, usually on suspect evidence and outright lies and distortions, are sent to re-education classes where if they do not admit to the offense they can be jailed, denied visits with their children or lose rights in divorce settlements.

But fathers are rarely allowed to sue their ex-wives for brainwashing the children against them, or for bringing false accusations or restrainig orders based on spurious grounds.

Worse, the System has immunized itself from lawsuits. Judges, Guardians At Litem court clerks, probation officers, family service officers and even adversary attorneys are virtually immune from any and all civil rights alwsuits for the evil that they do to families.
